Southern Plaza
Southern Plaza is a 22,300-square foot neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Johnston Street and W. Broussard Road in Lafayette, Louisiana. This center also included two outparcels one of which has been developed with Zuhause a European style bakery and coffee shop and the other one will be developed with a large Shop-Rite Convenience store. Plans are underway for an expanding this center with another 10,000 square feet of shop space and two outparcels.
